Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, MHSP
I’m so excited that you found me, and we will go on this journey together! What a privilege to walk by your side as you courageously take those first steps toward health, healing, and wholeness. I’ve been a therapist for almost 10 years and have practiced in various clinical settings. I’ve held space for clients and therapists experiencing the crushing pain of trauma and taught them skills to restore hope. I use CBT and other evidence-based approaches to equip you with the tools to reach your goals and not merely survive but thrive. I would love to join you as we learn to do hard things together!
Maybe you feel stuck in your life journey, overwhelmed by difficult emotions, or powerless to make good choices for your future. If so, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or your relationship, I would be honored to partner with you on your journey. I have over 8 years of experience working with teens, adults and couples on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, grief, trauma, communication, rebuilding trust in relationships, and more.
Some of the therapy approaches I draw from are cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, ERP, PE, art-informed techniques (for teens) and Gottman-informed (for couples). Yet I believe that the greatest tools I possess as a therapist are compassion and a listening ear.
If you are looking for a supportive, empathetic, and goal-oriented therapist, it would be my privilege to partner with you in your process of healing, growth, discovery, and change.
I believe every person carries the capacity for growth, healing, and connection. With over 20 years of experience in higher education as a teacher, administrator, and leadership coach, I now bring that same dedication into my work as a counseling intern. My approach is relational and whole-person centered, honoring the unique lived experience of each person. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, notice what matters, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-acceptance. Together, we uncover patterns, deepen understanding, and create room for healing in the here and now.
